Abstract

This study is about the repercussions of the economic crisis in the Environmental Law. First of all, the study analyses the measures against the crisis to achieve the economic saving that can benefit the environment, as for example, the transport sector. And secondly, the study analyses the Law of Sustainable Economy and the Carbon Fund as a resource to achieve a sustainable economy in the climate change field.
