The consolidation of the promotion like prop of the tourist politics demands a legislative review that gives response to the challenges raised at present. The need to arrange the diversity of promotional actions, to make compatible the principles of unit and diversity across an effective coordination, to promote the public-private collaboration in the strategies of commercialization and to form new instruments to finance the promotional strategies, they are some of the areas that they must be checked for the Law of the tourism. The adjustment of the normative frame is undoubtedly an exigency to adapt our sector to the new tourist realities.
