Is the EBEP applicable to employees? Commentary on the Spanish National Court's Ruling 63/2010, of October 28

Abstract

The subject of this paper is to analyse the working conditions of servants with a labour status in the Public Administrations after the entry into force of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee. To this end, look at each of the areas which make up the public employment system, in order to show the subjective scope of the basic regulation of civil service, in this differentiation between public servants and servants with a labour status so far considered overtaken.
