Reflections on university teaching

The vision of a senior administrator

Abstract

The present work contains a set of reflections on the functions of the University and university teaching that are offered as condensation of a certain personal experience of the author that has been nourished by a valuable legacy formed by works and testimonies of previous generations produced in the context of an ancient and rich historical tradition. This is completed with some considerations about the closest context, related to the scenario in which the teaching of Law in Spanish Universities currently unfolds and about methodological issues from the point of view of teaching Administrative Law.
