Abstract

Legislation of Aragon regarding tourism is currently undergoing an important renovation process. The reform of the tourism bill 6/2003 from February 27th and its adaptation to the directive 123/2006 concerning the services of the interior market imply substantial changes to the legal and public regulation of the tourist sector. The present paper tries to analyze from the perspective of its most recent development both the institutional framework that configures tourist policy of the Autonomous Community and the current legal framework with its most important novelties after the legal reform of 2010.
