Abstract

They are diverse the management forms that can be admitted and unite how many more those that are carried out. Discarding those inherited and in those that the manager’s work doesn’t contribute neither it corrects anything, their bigger number it implies decisions that will affect to the whole organization. The force of the genuineness or the obedience for the fear are two faces of an only purpose: the management, although with results at personal very different level.
