The author examines the many areas of intersection between the freedom of information and the rights of the individual, together with a series of juridical goods protected by the Constitution which are very often affected by the information media. From an analysis of the evolution of jurisprudence in Spain, it can be concluded that, more and more, information is protected at the expense of other rights.
