The difficult transposition of the Services Directive in Spain

This article explains the main consecuences of the implementation of the services directive in Spanish administrative Law. First, its debated gestation period is explained; second, the article compares the contents of the Spanish Law drafts with the european directive; and finally, several problems are indicated (delay, miss-coordination in the «Estado autonómico» and e-government deficits in Spain).
