Abstract

The work carries out an approximation of set on the right to health protection in view of the experience of three decades of force of the constitutional text. Especially, it underlines the innovations and developments produced in the last years that affect on the effective enjoyment of the right to health and that involve advances in the fulfilment of the requirements derived from the article 43 of the Constitution. Innovations and developments produced more in the legislative area that in that of the constitutional jurisprudence, scantily active in relation with the topic.
