Abstract

The ideas about city and change have always been interrelated. However, over the last years the modifications to the city resulting from our always «more and more» society are of such significance that we may be creating a new and distinct reality. After all the city is a specific from of relation, and social relations also go through notable evolutions and mutations. In any case it seems important to re-incorporate the idea of utopia as the driving force for social and therefore urban improvement in our cultural tradition.
