Abstract

Analysis of the possibilities that offer new technologies of control of proper development of ordinances in their different categories. Besides the judicial controls, they are emphasized new contributions coming from evaluation of legal impact and, in particular, programs of simplification, reduction in administrative charters, that are promoted by European Union and whose application has already began in Spain.
