Do regional regulations on the management of recovery funds comply with European and national law?

The approval of the recovery and resiliencie instrument and its regulation by de european institutions has activated successive rules in the state and regional levels. These laws and provisions must comply with the indications of the European regulations to avoid repayment of subsidies.
