Being an essentially organizational law, Act 5/2021, of June 29, on the Organization and Legal Regime of the Public Sector of Aragon, also contains relevant elements of the legal regime of administrative action. The clarifications on the regime of public bodies can be highlighted, whose regime supposes a greater control of their actions by the members of the Government of the Autonomous Community.
