Analyzing the evaluation of public actions, whatever their form, policy, plan and measure, the evaluation of the design, implementation, results and impact of public actions. There are several bodies, organizations, forums related to evaluation, starting from the European Commission (effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence) and different technical documents. Undoubtedly through the monitoring and system of indicators (financial, performance and results) and taking into account horizontal principles, such as gender equality in all areas and respect for fundamental rights.
