Abstract

This article analyzes and assesses the state and regional regulations of urgent measures to streamline and simplify public procurement procedures in the execution of Next Generation funds. However, the final part of the article devotes a brief space to analysing measures to promote the strategic use of public procurement in the preparation of public contracts implementing Next Generation funds.
