The procurement procedure procedures constitute one of the most important phases of the life of a contract. The new law about public procurement improves and in some complicate cases existing adjudication procedures, in accordance with Directive 24/2014 / EU. This small study proposes a general analysis of each procedure, trying to clarify some of the novelties introduced by the new norm.
