Forest and protected wilderness area Law in Chile

The author analyzes from the perspective of the Chilean law the forests and protected wild areas. First of all, offers a description of the regulatory framework to which they subject, together with the legal principles that inspire Forest Law, especially delving into the legal concept of «forest». Second, describes the administrative organization and the regime of the administrative powers associated with this sector. Thirdly, details the intervention techniques of Forestry Law, which derive from current legislation, to end up making a brief reference to the judicial resolution conflicts system.
