Abstract

The need to address administrative simplification has been a constant in the social, economic and political debate for some time. Probably, the objectives and motives of the public sector and the private sector to demand it do not coincide. But the truth is that it is perceived as a necessity. The Autonomous Community of Aragon has promoted it through Law 1/2021, of February 11, on administrative simplification. This Law regulates simplification in its three essential aspects, normative, procedural and organizational, and incorporates other related measures such as digital transformation levers or reforms of structural laws for public action such as contracting, subsidies or finances.
