Abstract

This study analyzes the reform of professional career and development system contained in the Draft Law on Public Employment of Aragon. In particular, a brief analysis of the current situation of the administrative career articulated by the Law 30/1984 of 2 August, on Reform Measures for the Civil Service. Then, the main objectives of the ongoing reform and its main elements are identified. Finally, conditions for successful implementation and process risks are underlined.
