Abstract

The transposing of the Directive 2006/123, on Services in the internal market, into the Spanish law has given way to the reform of the regulatory framework of the professional associations. This reform has affected, not always with the best results, mainly to the duty of entering into a register or roll to exercise a professional activity, professional charges, or the technical control (actually, a purely formal control) of some projects exercised by professional associations of engineers or architects.
