Abstract

The entry into force of the new Law 30/2007, October 30th 2007, of Public Sector Contracts, has supposed important modifications in the regulation of the organs of attendance to the contracting authority during the procedure for the award of public contracts. This article analyzes the present configuration of these organs and the problems caused by a fragmented and incomplete regulation.
