Three years since the entry into force of the spanish Railway Sector Law

They have already spent three years since the Law of the Railway Sector entered in force, moment to review the degree of development of those ideas, that they announced new airs in the state railroad. A norm, that next to its dispositions of development, displayed important new features to us. Direct objectives of a Law, that elaborated on the communitarian right, would take step different to a railway model. It is certain that the opening of the market of the railway transport to a plurality of operators would be a fact soon, and the legislator maintains an interesting protagonism in the Public Administration. Throughout this study it will be reflected, from a critical and objective perspective, on which have been the true modifications in the sector, experimented during these three years. A period that could seem long in the time, would be short in a sector like ours, if we consider the changes that have experimented.
